KIDS???!!

There sometimes that I do wonder if some parents are scared to discipline their kids but at the same time they are turning into one of the biggest bullies that there will be because I have a little bully the size of a 5-year-old and the attitude of a 30-year-old and I honestly do feel like there are times that the mother or the other parent figures don’t want to step up because they might be scared or I honestly don’t know. But I do know is that she should be more disciplined because it just looks like she doesn’t hold respect for anyone or anything she jumps to so many people and they don’t do anything to fix that or control it also she Cusses and they just hit her mouth and say don’t say that and to me am like do something else so she knows that it is not okay and maybe even spank her or something because the timeouts is honestly not cutting and if we want to step in we can’t because she is not our sister or our kid so we LITTERALY have ZERO say oh and she even hits us and they just want us to handle her like she is a 4 year old when she is acting bad and her mother doesn’t say or do anything sand just sits on her phone texting her bf or the guy she is talking and my mother is getting tired and so am I but I love that little girl to death but she is hurting people in this house that I truly love.
