You are truly, wholly alone in this world whether you want to accept it or not.

No one’s coming to save you, you are your own savior, whatever issue you go through only you will be able to experience it, whether its sickness, pain or anxious thoughts.

You can explain over and over, but if someone doesn’t want to listen to you, all your efforts will always be in vain.

Your fear of failure stems from the lack of trust and belief you have in yourself

Starting over does not mean you failed, there is no such thing as failing, it’s all experience.

try to compare yourself less to people around you, their life is shaped by the experiences and opportunities they had. Yours are different.

Give yourself grace for not knowing things.

There is no right time to do stuff, do it now, do it scared do it however, the point is that you get up and do it.

Love fully and accept things as you go, you’re going to hate it, but you must keep moving

if you stay stuck with everything you had you will never be able to make space for whats to come.

Any progress is still progress even if it’s just little

Give yourself time to feel your emotions, sit with them, and don’t shun them out.

If you want to learn, enter spaces that challenge your comfort zone. Get uncomfortable.

If you can’t say those harsh words and sentences to a friend or acquaintance, then refrain from using it for yourself.

And finally, it’s easy to say everything above, but it’s hard to follow, you are not a hypocrite if you don’t follow it,

How did this story make you feel?
