Sandeep leaving Suman's team because of her

PublicToday, Sandeep is leaving Suma's team. I did talk to him about the reason in informal way.
It was due to Suman that he is leaving.
According to him,
she was micro-managing the team. And according to him, Shriya and Yogesh are also in same state. She never said anything about work. Her feedbacks were very strange. And, not very useful. They are rather painful, and confusing.
Well, I also had similar experience with Suman.
